Hi, I’m Belinda Hoole, founder of SonderWorx, a small, purpose-driven company delivering neuroscience-informed resilience, emotional intelligence, and de-escalation training to first responders, educators, healthcare workers, and corporate teams.
This is not your average VA role. We’re looking for a true operational partner—someone who stays two steps ahead, spots blind spots, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re calm, thoughtful, and mission-oriented, you’ll love this.
What You’ll Do
• Manage
• Coordinate logistics with clients, actors, and facilitators (confirm bookings, send availability requests, create calendar invites)
• Schedule, post, and monitor social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), newsletters; light content formatting
• Track and uphold SOPs for billing, training setup, and communications
• Support systems development and ongoing process improvements
• Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure they’re completed and closed
• Help maintain the emotional tone of the team—modeling kindness, clarity, and respect
• Invoice clients, manage contractor invoices & payments, and pay bills on time
• Build and maintain a CRM (actor database, client comms, tags, notes)
• Offer thoughtful support so our staff feel seen and heard
What You Bring
• Exceptionally organized, self-managing, and you double-check your own work
• You love refining systems and seeing a to-do list finished with elegance and accuracy
• Tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, ThriveCart, ConvertKit, Canva, Docusign, Buffer, Instagram (or similar)
• Clear, kind communicator, even when something goes wrong
• You welcome feedback, implement it quickly, and ask smart clarifying questions
• Energized by purpose-driven work centered on people, humanity, and psychological safety
• You see yourself as part of the mission, not just supporting it

Nice-to-Haves (Not required)
• Experience with light bookkeeping or invoice workflows (QBO/Xero or similar)
• CRM building/tagging logic, list hygiene, or basic automation
• Basic design sense for clean formatting and brand-consistent assets
