Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Handle order-related issues, product questions, returns, refunds, and general support requests.
Manage and respond to chargebacks and disputes in a clear, accurate, and professional manner.
Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions using tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Helpscout, or similar platforms.
Use ChatGPT or AI tools responsibly to draft or refine replies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand tone.
Follow company guidelines, processes, and customer service standards in every interaction.
Requirements
Fluent written English with excellent grammar, spelling, and tone.
Proven experience in customer support, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience with support platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Helpscout, Shopify).
Familiarity with handling chargebacks and disputes.
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve support response quality and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication style.
