Solid Rock Realty is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our growing Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs! We currently sell between 50 and 100 homes annually. In 2025 we begun expanding our team in the field and now are looking to bring on Inside Sales Agents to assist in finding those qualified leads. Our goal for 2026 is to achieve 150 closed transactions and we are starting to work towards that goal today!
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting to cold leads in our database with the goal to establish a relationship, continuing followup calls as needed to transition them to an Agent when the client is ready to take action. For several years our Property Management Division has been collecting every name and phone number of prospective tenants to be able to prospect to them today and turn them in home Buyers and Sellers. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. Our goal as a company is to provide the highest level of customer service in the Real Estate Industry which means each team player must provide a high level of customer service individually.
Inside Sales Agents will earn $500 for every closed transaction on top of their base salary resulting from a lead provided to an Agent. There is no cap to how much you can earn! As your financial success depends on the Agents ability to perform, Inside Sales Agents are given the ability to provide the leads to the Agent(s) of their choosing and there is no requirement to distribute leads equally. A leads expected time from initial contact can be as fast as 2 months with an average timeline of 18 months. Long term follow up is a key driver to success. This position is NOT recommended for anyone who is need of a paycheck in the next 60 days as real estate sales take time to close.
General Job Description
• Cold call available leads in the "Pond".
• Follow up with leads who you have been in contact with previously.
• Answer questions about the home buying and selling process.
• Coordinate appointments between clients and Agents as part of the hand off.
• Maintain excellent notes on client conversations in Real Geeks CRM.
• Schedule reminder follow up calls in Real Geeks CRM.
• Ask past clients for referrals.
• Communicate with Sales Team.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Base Salary: $500 (Paid on the 15th and last day of the month through Wise)
• Commission: $500 per Closed Transaction
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break) – General Mountain Time
• 8 Paid Holidays Off (New Year’s Day, US Memorial Day, July 4th, US Labor Day, US Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day trial period.
