Loan Account Manager

Attention, Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Loan Account Manager who can turn financial processes into smooth operations and student success. This role is responsible for managing loan accounts, ensuring accurate applications, and keeping payments on track. You’ll navigate the loan dashboard with confidence, send timely reminders, and maintain strong engagement with students who have active loans. You’ll also act as the bridge between our finance partner and Limelight Media, making sure communication is seamless and efficient. By staying organized, detail-oriented, and student-focused, you’ll help create a reliable loan management system that supports both the company and our students’ financial journey.

Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and manage student loan accounts to ensure smooth processing and accurate records.
Navigate the loan dashboard with ease to keep accounts updated and well-organized.
Send timely and professional reminders to students about upcoming payments.
Build stronger relationships with students holding loans by providing guidance and consistent support.
Review and verify loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Encourage and track students’ monthly payments, helping them stay on schedule.
Serve as the key liaison between the finance company and Limelight Media, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Great communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally.
Background in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience working online, preferably in a graveyard shift or remote setup.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Good online presence and confidence in virtual communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with students and partners.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
Comfortable learning and navigating loan dashboards or financial systems.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
Prior experience in loan management, collections, or account handling is an advantage.

The position is Full-Time (remote) between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
