Hi, I need a full time cold-caller that can stick to a solid schedule and can speak English well.

This role pays $1000. BASE MONTHLY TO START. This is non-negotiable due to bad actors on this platform.

This opportunity can be a serious career changer for the right person, we are building AI agentic agents for GTM and closing deals with enterprise-level companies.

I'm building a foundational SDR team, You are required to do outbound level sales. Not closing, but I am looking for an A-Player that wants a seat at the table. You will be responsible for doing discovery and driving calls to understand customers so a closer can call and make the deal happen.

I have a full time data admin. You will be responsible for dials, but more importantly, quality. I do not want someone who wants to mill through calls.

** THIS IS AN OUTBOUND SETTER ROLE **.

I will mentor and train the right person, but you must already have experience in this role. We do not have time to train someone from zero.

You must work in PST hours, starting at 7am for daily standups and refinement. If you land this role, it will be a solid career choice because we have plenty of work, and the first setter will work with me personally to lead a team in 5-6 months.
