AI Automation Engineer – Join Our Digital Education Team

We’re Insspira, a digital education company with more than 20 years of industry leadership. Our mission is to bring knowledge to life online—through courses, memberships, and digital products that reach learners worldwide.

Now we’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to join our team long term.

What you’ll do

- Build and optimize AI-powered automations for customer support, chat, SMS, and lead follow-up.

- Design workflows using LLMs with memory and retrieval (embeddings, vector DBs, RAG).

- Connect APIs and platforms (e.g. Twilio, Zapier, n8n, CRMs, voice AI, chat orchestration).

- Research and test new AI platforms—keeping us on the cutting edge of applied AI.

Who you are

- You’re passionate about AI—you follow the latest models, tools, and breakthroughs.

- You understand how LLMs actually work (context windows, fine-tuning vs RAG, embeddings).

- You’ve built automation flows and integrations with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Zapier, n8n, Make, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma, or others.

- You enjoy experimenting, tinkering, and finding smarter ways to automate business processes.

- You’re looking for a long-term role with room to grow.
