Full-Stack Developer / Automation Engineer

About Us

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing and technology agency building custom apps, automation workflows, and AI integrations. We’re looking for a developer who can help us advance our internal tools and client platforms by managing app development, optimizing automation workflows, and reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

- Work on custom web app development (Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind, etc.)

- Create, manage, and optimize n8n automation workflows for internal and client projects

- Review and refine Greta.ai–generated code, ensuring it’s clean, secure, and production-ready

- Collaborate with our team to scope new features, integrations, and automations

- Maintain and document processes to ensure smooth project handoffs and scalability

- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues quickly and effectively

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (Next.js, React, Node.js)

- Familiarity with automation tools like n8n (or Zapier, Integromat, etc.)

- Ability to read, review, and optimize AI-generated code

- Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations

- Understanding of Git/GitHub workflows (pull requests, commits, versioning)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Self-starter who can work independently and communicate effectively

Employment Details

Type: Full-time, long-term, exclusive

Hours: 40 hours per week (with some overlap with U.S. hours)

Compensation: $1,000 – $1,800 USD per month (depending on experience level and skillset)
