JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-scaling performance marketing agency expanding our Linkedin Ads
division. We're looking for a Linkedin Ads Media Buyer — either a seasoned
senior or a highly structured, experienced junior — to join our SOP-driven, AI-
assisted environment on a part-time basis.

???? Position Overview
Role: Linkedin Ads Media Buyer (Senior or Experienced Junior)
Part Time: 3–4 hours/day
Full Time: 6-8 hours/day
Start: Immediate
Location: Remote (at least 2–3 hours of overlap with agency’s time zone PST Los Angeles)
Pay: Flexible – Per-client monthly OR fixed monthly (based on experience
and region)

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Part time will manage 2–5 Linkedin Ad accounts, full time will manage 4-10 accounts.
Your focus will be execution, optimization, diagnostics, and reporting — all within a structured system of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), dashboards, and AI tools.


???? Core Responsibilities
-Monitor campaigns (CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
-Identify and resolve underperformance using SOP-based diagnostics
-Optimize bids, budget, targeting, and creative elements
-Maintain Daily Log and performance notes via Slack
-Run QA before launching new campaigns
-Submit Weekly Reports using AI-supported frameworks
-Review UX issues via Microsoft Clarity recordings

???? Requirements
Senior: 3+ years managing Linkedin Ads
Experienced Junior: 1–2 years hands-on with strong analytics, SOP
discipline, and optimization skills
-Excellent written communication (Slack check-ins daily)
-Comfortable with reporting tools, dashboards, and SOP systems
-Highly accountable, structured thinker, performance-driven
