WordPress Website Designer (Elementor + SEO Specialist)

About Us

We are a growing digital marketing agency that builds and manages high-performing websites for businesses across different industries. We specialize in WordPress and Elementor, with a strong emphasis on implementing proven SEO processes to deliver measurable results for our clients.

We’re looking for a talented WordPress Website Designer from the Philippines who wants a stable, long-term position working exclusively for our agency.

Responsibilities

- Build, design, and maintain client websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro

- Implement our SEO processes into every build, including on-page optimization, schema markup, internal linking, and site structure improvements

- Optimize websites for speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals

- Upload and format content (blogs, landing pages, service pages) following SEO best practices

- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure websites align with brand strategy and campaign objectives

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates as needed

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience designing websites in WordPress and Elementor Pro

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking, alt tags, site speed, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.)

- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Yoast, RankMath, or Squirrly SEO (we will train on our specific processes)

- Ability to troubleshoot plugin, theme, and hosting issues

- Knowledge of website performance optimization (image compression, caching, minification, lazy load, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

- Reliable internet connection and modern computer equipment

Employment Details

Type: Full-time, long-term, exclusive (you may not work for other agencies/clients while employed)

Hours: 40 hours per week (some overlap with U.S. business hours required)

Compensation: $700 – $1,200 USD per month (depending on skills and experience)
