Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Duties: the AM will receive Cold, Warm and Hot leads from the appointment setters to follow up, build rapport/trust, make offers and send contracts to be signed.

The ideal candidate MUST have the following:
* Extensive knowledge in real estate, at least 2 years of AM experience
* Must be able to run comps and calculate ARV, MAO, starting offer without assistance
* Must be a self starter/motivator
* Must have knowledge in Podio, Propstream and Smrtphone
* Must have reliable and stable internet and phone service
* Knowledge of Creative Financing is a PLUS
* A people person is a MUST
* The ideal candidate is HONEST AND RELIABLE
* Proficient in the English language

Salary: $6-$7 + commission
