We are a growing property management company based in Atlanta, GA, focused on delivering best-in-class service to property owners and investors. As we expand our sales operations, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and resourceful Sales Research & List-Building Specialist to help fuel our pipeline by identifying property owners and their contact information.

Role Overview
This position is critical in supporting our sales team by researching property ownership records, identifying both individuals and LLCs that own properties, and gathering verified contact information. The ideal candidate thrives on investigative research, enjoys digging into public and private databases, and understands how to structure accurate, usable data for outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities
Research property ownership in Atlanta, GA, focusing on both residential and commercial properties.
Identify individual owners and LLC entities that hold properties.
Locate and verify accurate contact details (emails, phone numbers, mailing addresses).
Build, organize, and maintain prospect lists in CRM or spreadsheet formats.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for sales outreach.
Provide regular reporting to the sales team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay updated on research tools, property databases, and best practices for data sourcing.

Qualifications
Proven experience in data research, lead generation, list-building, or a related field.
Familiarity with property ownership research tools, county property records, and LLC ownership lookups.
Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Background in real estate, property management, or sales support.
Experience with skip tracing, prospecting tools, or public record research.
Knowledge of the real estate market.
