About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Phone Marketing Representatives, Team Leaders, and Managers to join our dynamic sales team. We have outbound and inbound positions available at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in phone sales, specifically in booking Zoom tours for timeshare presentations or travel club experiences. Representatives must be results-driven and persuasive, while leaders and managers should have experience coaching teams and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
For Phone Representatives:
Outbound Positions:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to book Zoom tour presentations
Generate qualified leads through calling and prospecting - and reworking booked zoom no shows.
Inbound Positions:
Handle incoming calls from interested prospects via direct mail -
Convert hot leads into confirmed bookings for zoom and road shows
For Team Leaders & Managers:
Lead and coach teams of phone representatives
Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching
Conduct regular training sessions and skill development
Analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies
Handle escalated customer issues and complex sales situations
Recruit, onboard, and train new tea
For All Positions:
Present compelling offers for timeshare and travel club experiences
Follow proven sales scripts and booking procedures
Meet or exceed daily/weekly booking quotas
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in CRM system
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed bookings
Requirements:
For All Positions:
Minimum 5 years of phone sales/marketing experience required
Timeshare or travel club sales experience strongly preferred
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications
Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace
For Phone Representatives:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Strong closing abilities and objection handling experience
High-energy, positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
For Team Leaders & Managers:
Minimum 3+ years of sales management/team leadership experience
Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics
Leadership and motivational skills
Experience with recruitment and training processes
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage team schedules
Work Schedule:
Full-time, remote work (Philippines-based)
Flexible hours to align with target market time zones
Must be available for training sessions and tea
