Revenue/Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a Revenue/Pricing Analyst with proven experience in the hospitality industry - hotels, STRs, or vacation rentals. This role is responsible for optimizing rates, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring each property achieves peak revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

Own the pricing and revenue management strategy for our portfolio of STRs.

Use PriceLabs to build, test, and adjust pricing rules across properties.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to ensure dynamic competitiveness.

Track and report on key KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.

Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure revenue strategy aligns with guest experience.

Provide recommendations to ownership on growth opportunities and underperforming assets.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of increasing revenue in hotels, STRs, or other hospitality segments.

Hands-on experience with PriceLabs (required).

Strong understanding of revenue management principles, demand forecasting, and distribution.

Experience with PMS or channel managers preferred.

Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
