Key Responsibilities
Database Migration & Setup
• Migrate existing customer database from Thrive to Go High Level
• Ensure data integrity and proper field mapping during transfer
• Set up proper contact segmentation and tagging systems
• Configure custom fields and contact properties
• Implement data cleanup and deduplication processes
Sales Funnel Development
• Design and build high-converting sales funnels for:
o Insurance agency lead generation and conversion, and other organizations
o Tech consulting services
o Additional business verticals as needed
• Create landing pages, opt-in forms, and thank you pages
• Set up email and SMS automation sequences
• Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows
System Integration & Optimization
• Connect third-party tools and APIs to GHL
• Set up tracking and analytics for funnel performance
• Create custom workflows for lead management
• Implement appointment booking and calendar integration
• Configure pipeline management for sales processes
