Virtual Assitant - Social Media, Canva, Capcut Youtube Editing, Pinterest, Facebook Ads, Digital Products

Hello! I am seeking a creative virtual assistant that can help take some work off of my plate. I have a 4 month old baby and although I could do this work myself, I don't have as much time as I used to and want to be as present as possible with him.

I have two brands I'm trying to grow:

1. A personal brand about sustainable and natural living/motherhood - make money through digital products/affiliate links/brand collaborations. I have to do most of this one myself as it's face-forward, but there are some tasks I can outsource.

2. A girly faceless brand about making money online/digital products/promoting courses/affiliate marketing/etc. in the digital marketing space. Since this one is faceless, I can outsource a lot more of the work here.

I may hire more than one person as the tasks are varied, but here are some things I need assistance with:

-Canva - creating and rebranding digital products, creating pins
-Capcut - easy and basic YouTube editing for vlogs, recipes, and motherhood content. 7-25ish minute videos. These don't take me that long to edit, but I don't have much laptop time these days with the baby and it's hard to focus and listen to the audio.
-Instagram - reposting content to trial reels, creating easy 2-7 second faceless videos (I will show you how), targeted engagement
-Tiktok - reposting reels here
-Youtube shorts - reposting reels here too
-Pinterest - creating pins on canva based off of blog posts, reels, etc. Using as a funnel to blog/affiliate links.
-Facebook/Meta Ads - Basic knowledge here would be great as I will be using ads here to funnel people to digital products I'm selling
-Blogging & SEO - you do not need to be an expert or know much about either topic as Claude Ai and Chat GPT can help, but I will be trying to grow blogs for both of these brands and embedding articles and posts with affiliate links.

-*Potentially* using Threads for targeted engagement and lead farming, but we'll see how the meta ads go first
-*Potentially* Email Marketing and creating email flows and email blasts

Potential future projects include long form faceless YouTube videos, but that is to be determined. We would use Ai for a lot of this.

Would love someone friendly, hard working, who easily adapts and can take direction and get along with! Big bonus if you are interested in digital marketing and natural motherhood content!

As mentioned previously, I don't know if I will be able to find just one person to help with all of this, but I am flexible and not everything has to happen all at once. I look forward to reviewing your application! :)
