**Job Description:**

Your Way Staffing LLC is seeking a versatile and creative Web Designer / Flyer Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at producing high-quality digital content and will assist with various day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and create engaging web pages and flyer materials tailored for corporate and entertainment sectors.
- Develop social media graphics and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill diverse design requests and adapt to various project requirements.
- Assist in daily operational tasks as needed.
- Ensure all content is produced at a professional level, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Knowledgeable of some of the latest AI technology
- Must know how to promote AND MARKET VIA ONLNE
- MUST BE ABLE TO VIDEO EDIT
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT



**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in web design and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Ability to be versatile in design approaches, from corporate designs to entertainment-themed projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in design or a relevant field is preferred.
- Willing to work with our enterprise. Meaning we need you to be able to work multi task between our companies
- video editing
