Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Live Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with both our U.S. team and international customers.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
Answer phone calls and provide excellent support.
Track and update orders, ensuring customers receive accurate information.
Follow up on past-due invoices with friendly but professional reminders.
Communicate with the U.S. team daily to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
Manage customer orders and support tickets via WooCommerce and Shopify.
Assist in additional tasks as needed (administrative support, reporting, etc.).
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (both written & verbal).
Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience required.
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, WooCommerce, and Shopify is a big plus.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
