JOB OVERVIEW

Location
Remote. Must work Monday to Friday during US business hours.

Role Summary
You will own TikTok Shop growth end-to-end. You will build and optimize the storefront, run Shop Ads, manage creators and affiliates, and turn data into action. You will combine social commerce, ads, and operations to drive profitable GMV.

Key Outcomes
• Grow GMV and orders from TikTok Shop.
• Hit ROAS and CPA targets for Shop Ads.
• Improve conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase.
• Build a reliable creator and affiliate engine that scales.
• Maintain shop health, policy compliance, and fast fulfillment.

Core Responsibilities
Shop and Catalog Management
• Launch, manage, and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront.
• Own product listings, variants, pricing, and visual content.
• Keep inventory synced. Prevent stockouts and oversells.
• Monitor cancellations, refunds, and shop ratings.
• Ensure policy compliance and a clean customer experience.

Content and Commerce Activation
• Plan and produce shoppable videos and LIVE Shopping events.
• Create native, authentic creative that fits TikTok culture.
• Write creative briefs for UGC and whitelisted ads.
• Build rapid creative testing loops and refresh on a fixed cadence.

Creator and Affiliate Management
• Source, vet, and onboard creators and affiliates.
• Communicate rates, commissions, and usage rights for negotiation.
• Run the Creator Affiliate Program. Track link and SKU performance.
• Build always-on seeding and product sampling workflows.
• Turn top creators into repeat partners.

Paid Media and Shop Ads
• Set up and manage campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager using the sales objective.
• Run TikTok Shop Ads, including formats that drive product and live GMV.
• Control daily pacing and budgets. Shift spend to winners.
• Set targeting by demographics, interests, behaviors, and signals of intent.
• Execute A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and landing destinations.
• Adopt new alpha and beta features fast.

Analytics and Reporting
• Track CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR, AOV, ROAS, LTV, GMV, refund rate.
• Build clear weekly reports for internal teams and clients.
• Explain what changed, why it changed, and what you will do next.
• Use cohort, path, and attribution insights to guide spend and creative.
• Maintain dashboards that show pacing vs targets.

Operations and CX
• Coordinate with e-commerce and ops on inventory and fulfillment SLAs.
• Align with CS on pre-sale questions, returns, and reviews.
• Maintain smooth order flow from click to delivery.

Market and Trend Intelligence
• Track platform policies, best practices, and competitive moves.
• Identify trends, ---------- s, and formats that convert.
• Turn insights into experiments and playbooks.

Required Skills and Experience
• Proven success managing TikTok Ads for commerce. TikTok Shop Ads experience required.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager. Objectives, ad groups, targeting, budgeting, and advanced settings.
• Hands-on with TikTok Shop features. Shoppable Videos, LIVE Shopping, Product Showcases, Creator Affiliate.
• E-commerce platform experience. Shopify or similar. Feeds, product setup, and backend workflows.
• Strong analytical skills. Able to turn raw data into clear actions.
• Creative and trend spotting ability. You know what feels native and why it works.
• Excellent communication. Client facing and cross-functional.
• Able to test, learn, and adopt new features quickly.
• Advanced English. Available during US working hours.

Bonus Points
• Full-funnel experience. Able to connect upper funnel to Shop Ads.
• Experience working with the TikTok ads team and beta programs.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces for cross-platform synergy.

Tool Stack You Will Use
• TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• TikTok Pixel or Events API and Attribution tools.
• Shopify, product feed tools, and basic HTML image naming and alt text.
• Analytics and BI tools for dashboards and cohort views.
• Project management and creator management tools.

KPIs You Will Own
• GMV from TikTok Shop.
• ROAS, CPA, and MER for TikTok media.
• Conversion rate and AOV on Shop destinations.
• Creator and affiliate revenue contribution.
• Refund and cancellation rates.
• Shop health metrics and SLA adherence.
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
• Storefront live with complete, optimized catalog.
• Always-on creator and affiliate pipeline operating weekly.
• Stable Shop Ads structure with clear testing roadmap.
• Weekly reporting with trend lines and next actions.
• GMV and ROAS tracking to plan with at least one scalable creative theme.
