Schedule: Fixed Schedule, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual Client Care Administrator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting families through administrative and client-facing tasks. This position is perfect for someone who values relationship-centered care and enjoys working in a flexible, remote environment.
This role requires Spanish-speaking skills, as you’ll be working directly with Spanish-speaking families. You’ll also need to be available to work the CST (Central Standard Time) schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) communication with families, including handling cold calls, appointment setting, and client coordination.
Manage administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and document management.
Offer top-tier customer service, ensuring that clients’ needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with marketing support, helping promote the practice’s programs and services to the community.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience in medical office settings with scheduling and client communication is a plus.
Familiarity with EHR systems (TherapyAppointment), CRM tools (RingCentral), and Microsoft 365.
Comfortable with tools like Jotform and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible work environment.
Available to work CST (Central Standard Time) schedule.
