Virtual Assistant (VA) – Serviced Accommodation

Cocoon Apartments is hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our growing serviced accommodation portfolio.

This is not an entry-level role. You must have hands-on experience within the short-let industry and be confident using Hospitable and PriceLabs.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a VA in serviced accommodation

Strong working knowledge of Hospitable & PriceLabs

Experience managing Airbnb / ---------- / VRBO

Excellent written and spoken English

Outstanding customer service skills

Fast, reliable high-speed internet (proof required)

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to increase occupancy and maximise profits

Key Responsibilities:

Managing guest communication & enquiries

Calendar management, dynamic pricing & revenue optimisation

Implementing strategies to increase occupancy and profitability

Liaising with cleaners & maintenance teams

Creating and posting content across social media platforms

Supporting marketing initiatives

Assisting with various ad hoc operational tasks

Maintaining Cocoon Apartments’ 5-star guest standards

We are seeking someone proactive, commercially aware, responsive, and results-driven, who understands revenue optimisation within serviced accommodation.
