???? Role Overview

We’re seeking a GoHighLevel Automations & AI Bot Specialist to design, build, and optimize:

Advanced workflows, triggers, and pipelines inside GHL

AI-driven chatbots (WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Telegram, and website bots)

Lead nurturing campaigns and upsell automations

Integration of payment links, calendars, and third-party apps (Zapier, Stripe, etc.)

Reporting dashboards and optimization strategies

This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with experience in building seamless customer journeys using automation and conversational AI.

???? Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and optimize 10+ step automations (emails, SMS, DMs, calls).

Configure AI-powered chatbots for FAQs, lead qualification, and client onboarding.

Create upsell and cross-sell flows for services (credit repair, business credit, tax filing, etc.).

Maintain CRM pipelines, tags, triggers, and custom fields.

Ensure seamless integrations between GHL and third-party platforms.

Generate automation performance reports and recommend improvements.

? Requirements

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automation setup.

Strong understanding of CRM pipelines, triggers, and workflows.

Experience with AI chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, ManyChat, Tidio, etc.) or GHL’s native AI.

Knowledge of Zapier / Make integrations.

Integrate AI bots to help with backend task that my team has to manually do daily one website without API keys.

Ability to troubleshoot and streamline existing automations.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
