We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in residential acquisitions and wholesale real estate. Our team is driven, collaborative, and performance-focused, and we’re seeking a proven **Real Estate Disposition Manager** to lead and scale our property disposition process.

**Job Summary**
As our Disposition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sale of acquired investment properties to our network of buyers, including fix-and-flippers, landlords, and institutional investors. This is a critical role that directly impacts revenue and requires a confident closer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the entire disposition process from listing to closing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of qualified buyers
* Price and position properties strategically based on market data and buyer profiles
* Create and distribute compelling marketing materials for properties
* Negotiate sales terms to maximize profitability
* Coordinate with escrow/title companies to ensure a smooth closing process
* Maintain a buyer CRM and track communications and deal status
* Provide regular sales performance updates to leadership

**Required Qualifications**
* Proven and solid experience (1+ years) as a Disposition Manager or in a similar role within the real estate investment industry
* A track record of closing deals and maximizing assignment fees
* Strong knowledge of residential real estate markets, especially in wholesaling and investment properties
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets
* Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., InvestorFuse, Podio, or similar)
* Understanding of real estate contracts, title/escrow process, and compliance

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Existing buyers network a strong plus
* Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
* Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
* Willing to work some hours on weekends

**Compensation**
* $1500/month + 1% commission on deal size
