The Role

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our fully remote team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll own the relationship with key accounts, acting as their trusted Amazon partner. You’ll lead strategy, manage performance, and deliver exceptional results across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular calls and performance reviews.

Develop and implement account growth strategies tailored to client goals.

Plan, manage, and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.).

Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Optimise product listings, A+ content, and brand storefronts in collaboration with creative teams.

Monitor account health and proactively address compliance or performance issues.

Build strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and actionable insights.

Mentor and support junior account managers within the team.


Requirements

3+ years’ proven experience managing Amazon accounts (agency or brand side).

Strong track record in Amazon PPC management and account growth.

Expert knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts.

Must be UK-based, with the right to work in the UK.
