We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with contractors in the home services space (turf installers, landscapers, roofers, etc.). Our mission is simple: generate high-quality leads, qualify them, and book consistent appointments so our clients can scale their businesses.

We are now hiring a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team and help us hit our growth targets.

? Responsibilities

Call inbound & outbound leads daily using Go High Level’s power dialer.
Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Manage and update the pipeline inside Go High Level to ensure all leads are properly tracked.
Follow scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and company processes.
Maintain high appointment show-up rates through proper follow-up.

???? Qualifications (MUST-HAVE)

Perfect English — clear, fluent, and professional (neutral accent required).
Previous experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or telemarketer.
Direct experience in the home services niche (landscaping, turf, roofing, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Go High Level, including the power dialer and pipeline management.
Coachable with no ego — open to feedback and willing to improve.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections.
Reliable internet, headset, and quiet working environment.
