The Role
You’ll design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for reservations, messaging, billing, and partner integrations.

What You’ll Do

Ship backend features and REST APIs

Integrate with 3rd-party services (payments, messaging, OTAs, smart devices)

Write and maintain tests; ensure security, performance, and observability

Work closely with product/design, delivering in small, shippable milestones

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of backend development experience, 2+ years with Django/DRF

Strong in Python, SQL (Postgres), and AWS

Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD

Clear communicator, proactive, able to deliver simple, well-tested solutions

Nice to Have

Test-driven development (TDD)

Docker

Asynchronous programming / queueing

Payments, notifications, or OTA/channel-manager integrations

Employment Terms

Full-time

Probation: 2 months. During probation, either party may end without notice (we provide a 48-hour courtesy notice). After confirmation: 30-day notice.

Hours: Mon–Fri with overlap to U.S. Central Standard Time

Holidays: Local PH holidays observed

Location: Remote, Philippines

Market-competitive monthly salary (to be discussed during interview)
