About Us:
We are a growing mortgage brokerage specializing in funding for real estate investors. We help clients secure financing for Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction projects. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and focus on cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective real estate investors from provided lead lists
Qualify leads by asking pre-set questions (investment experience, current projects, financing needs, etc.)
Follow scripts while being able to adapt and engage naturally in conversation
Book qualified appointments for our loan officers
Enter notes, call outcomes, and lead details into our CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
Track daily activity (calls made, contacts reached, appointments set)
Provide consistent communication and updates to the team
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (clear, confident phone presence)
Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (mortgage, lending, or real estate background preferred)
Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
Comfortable working with CRMs, dialers, and basic lead management tools
Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet work environment
Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in the mortgage industry (MUST HAVE) – mortgage cold calling, loan coordination, appointment setting, or similar
Familiarity with mortgage loan programs (Fix & Flip, DSCR, New Construction)
GoHighLevel CRM experience
Appointment setting for financial or real estate services
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $4 – $8/hr (depending on experience)
Bonus structure available for each qualified appointment set
Schedule:
Full-time available (minimum 40 hours/week)
