Virtual Recruiter & Scheduler (Home Care CNAs/HHAs)
Remote | 20-30 hrs/week
We are a licensed Florida nurse registry seeking a Virtual Recruiter & Scheduler to support caregiver staffing and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Recruit & onboard CNAs/HHAs: Write and post job ads, conduct phone interviews, complete background checks, and process compliance paperwork, input info into CRM
Maintain caregiver compliance files: Track TB tests, CPR certifications, CEUs, and licenses. Submit weekly insurance tracker.
Scheduling support: Answer calls, manage shift changes, handle no-shows, and match caregivers with client needs.
Recruitment goals: Convert 10+ caregivers/month into active status.
Reporting: Track metrics, follow established processes, and provide weekly updates.
Tech use: Utilize HubSpot, OpenPhone (or similar), scheduling software, MS Teams, and AI transcription tools to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR, or home care.
Strong phone presence and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of U.S. caregiver compliance (CNA/HHA requirements).
Proficient with HubSpot CRM and other recruiting/scheduling tools.
Tech-savvy, organized, and dependable.
Excellent spoken and written English.

Hours: ~30 hrs/week (initially 20 hrs with growth potential).
Location: Remote (must have reliable internet).
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with performance bonus potential.
