Virtual Assistant for YouTube Channels (AI & Content Creation)

Alright quick note, this is not a typical VA role — you’ll be actively involved in producing content, making sure every script, voiceover, and caption is polished and ready for publishing.

You don’t need to be a YouTube pro (yet! we'd much rather have a fast learner than someone who's experienced but doesn't pick up flows quickly enough) — we’ll provide SOPs, prompts, and guidance — but a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality results is essential.

Responsibilities:

General VA tasks

Follow provided prompts and SOPs to generate scripts using AI tools.

Double-check generated content for accuracy, flow, and quality (e.g., seamless voiceovers, correct captions)

Generate high-quality voiceovers from scripts.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve workflows and content output

(Nice-to-have for the future) Contribute to research or other workflow tasks as the channel grows.

Requirements:

Available 5-6 days a week

Decent English writing and verbal comprehension skills.

Familiarity with or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Descript).

Ability to deliver results quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

Bonus Points For:

Basic video editing experience.
Thumbnail design familiarity.
Storytelling sense and creative input.
Prior YouTube or content creation experience.
