Hi! My name is Gabriel and I run Mocktail Magic, a mobile mocktail bar service in New York. We create alcohol-free bar experiences for corporate events, schools, weddings, and private celebrations. Our business is growing, and I’m looking for the right person to join my team long-term.

???? Job Description

This is a part-time role (5–10 hrs/week to start) with the potential to grow. Your main job will be to help me find and organize new leads (event planners, HR managers, venues, schools) and support with outreach/admin tasks.

Your tasks include:
• Researching 10–20 new contacts per day
• Collecting and entering complete details into our tracker:
• Name
• Job Title
• Company
• Business Email
• LinkedIn profile
• Company website
• Source link (proof where you found it)
• Making sure all leads are real and verified (no fake data)
• Helping with light outreach (sending pre-written emails, organizing lists)
• Updating statuses and notes in the tracker/CRM

• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with lead generation, VA work, or online research
• Familiar with LinkedIn + Google Sheets
• Reliable internet connection and good communication
• Bonus: experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Apollo, Hunter.io

• $3–$5/hr depending on experience

?? Quality Expectations
• All leads must be real, verifiable, and relevant to event planning / HR / venues.
• Each lead must include LinkedIn + company site as proof.
• Bonuses: $25–$50 per month for 100% verified leads.
• Penalties: Fake or unverifiable leads will not be counted. If more than 10% of leads in a week are invalid, weekly pay may be reduced.

We value accuracy over speed — better to find 10 high-quality leads than 20 low-quality ones.
