MVP Development for Google Cloud Solar Rooftop Analysis Tool

Summary
I am looking for a skilled developer (or team) to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a solar rooftop analysis tool, hosted on Google Cloud.
The initial focus will be on Germany, with the option to scale to other regions in the future.
The tool is intended for internal use only.
The goal is to create a simple, scalable, and professional platform that helps identify suitable rooftops for solar installations in defined geographic areas and directly links them with company information.
This tool should be designed as a first version in a value-driven development roadmap, meaning it will start lean but provide clear value from day one, with the option to expand functionality in later stages (e.g., shading analysis, ROI simulation, Google Street View).

Core Features (Version 1/2 – MVP):
- Area Selection: Input by city or polygon on an interactive map
- Rooftop Analysis: Automatic detection of suitable rooftops
- Address & Company Integration: Link each rooftop to its address and company data (name, industry, website)
- Results List: Exportable dataset (CSV/Excel)

Technical Requirements:
- Cloud environment: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hosting: App Engine or Cloud Run
- Clean, modular architecture; scalable for future extensions
- Documentation & Docker container for reproducibility

Future Extensions (optional):
- Advanced shading analysis
- ROI and yield simulation
- Google Street View integration

Desired Profile:
- Experience with GIS, geospatial data analysis & remote sensing
- Cloud development on Google Cloud
- Web development (React/Angular + mapping frameworks)
