About Us
Cerv ---------- is a U.S.-based virtual hunting community. We connect outdoorsmen and women across the country, but you don’t need to know about hunting to thrive here. What we really need is someone who knows how to communicate, build relationships, and close low-ticket sales.

What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is a strong communicator and comfortable engaging in two-way conversations throughout the day. You should have experience working with a CRM system, and if you already know Go High Level (GHL) that’s a big plus. You must be able to convert warm leads into paying customers, be self-motivated, and coachable. We’ll provide training on our product, but you should already bring proven communication and sales skills. This role is a good fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment where persistence pays off.

What You’ll Do
Your main responsibility will be managing and responding to incoming leads in our CRM. You’ll use automation to assist with volume, but human interaction will be the key to conversions. Expect to communicate with leads across chat, email, SMS, and calls, keeping every exchange professional, persuasive, and engaging. You’ll also collaborate closely with our small team to refine our process and improve overall results.
