Junior Video Editor (Entry-Level) : $600-800

We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our growing and world-class Post-Production team. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about video editing, but still early in their career. You’ll be responsible for preparing raw footage so that our Post-Production team can focus on creative storytelling and polish.

What You’ll Do:

Import, organize, and prepare raw footage for editing.
Trim and clip footage into usable sequences.
Apply basic color adjustments and LUTs.
Sync and balance audio tracks, making essential sound adjustments.
Export proxy files and prep timelines for Senior Editors.
Ensure all media is well-labeled and organized according to project naming conventions.
Collaborate closely with the Production & Post-Production team to hand off projects seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in video editing (school, freelance, or professional).
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or After Effects is a plus).
Basic understanding of color correction, LUT application, and sound levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and follow structured workflows.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from more senior editors.
