I’m a dentist and entrepreneur based in the U.S., running multiple dental businesses and a growing YouTube channel + personal brand. I create educational and motivational content for dentists and dental students, focusing on clinical tips, business growth, and making dentistry more rewarding.

I’m looking for a dentist (yes, YOU must be a dentist or have strong dental background) who is also passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation to join me in building and growing this brand.

???? Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with me and my team to:

Content Creation & Editing

?? Repurpose my long-form YouTube videos into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels).
????? Create thumbnails, graphics, and captions (Canva or similar).
?? Write posts and engaging captions for social media platforms.

Social Media Management

???? Schedule and publish content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
???? Manage community engagement (reply to comments, DMs, interact with followers).
???? Research trending topics, hashtags, and sounds to boost growth.

Strategy & Analytics

???? Track weekly growth metrics (subs, followers, engagement, CTR).
???? Suggest improvements and content ideas based on analytics.
???? Help with dentist-to-dentist engagement online (commenting, following, collaborations).

? Qualifications

MUST be a licensed dentist, dental graduate, or have strong dental/dental assisting background.
Familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram platforms.
Strong English writing skills (clear, professional, engaging).
Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) preferred.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and scheduling platforms.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about both dentistry and digital media.
