Contract Specialist for Cybersecurity Projects (Freelance/Remote)

I am seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support me in finding, reviewing, and securing cybersecurity contracts (1099 / independent contractor opportunities). The ideal candidate will help identify contract opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other networks, while also assisting with proposal submissions, contract reviews, and client communications.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify small to mid-size cybersecurity contract opportunities across various online platforms and networks.
Assist in drafting, submitting, and managing proposals for 1099 contract work.
Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and alignment with cybersecurity services offered.
Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and track progress on applications and negotiations.
Provide administrative and organizational support in managing contract-related documents.
