Role

We are hiring a remote Project Manager to coordinate digital projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth client communication. You must be detail oriented proactive and able to work full time Eastern Standard Time 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in Basecamp and Google Workspace
• Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and GoHighLevel workflows
• Coordinate tasks between web developers, designers ad specialists and content writers
• Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
• Act as main client contact and provide clear updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads and CRM workflows GoHighLevel preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing remote teams and using Basecamp Google Workspace
