Part-Time Social Media Manager with AI Experience

We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager with strong knowledge of AI tools to manage and grow multiple social media accounts. This is a part-time position with a strong chance to move to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow 5 social media accounts across various platforms
*Create engaging content including posts, images, and AI-generated videos
*Schedule and publish posts consistently using social media automation tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, SocialBee, Metricool, Publer)
*Monitor messages, comments, and engage with followers
*Add and maintain connections/friends to expand reach
*Analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
*Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, AI, and automation

Qualifications
*Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (portfolio preferred)
*Strong skills in using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva, Descript, RunwayML, Pictory, Synthesia, etc.)
*Familiarity with scheduling/automation platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, SocialBee, Publer, Metricool
*Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual content skills
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
*Experience with social media advertising and analytics (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics)
*Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
