Senior Ecom Email Designer

We’re looking for a world-class email designer to join our team at Blossom Ecom. If you love creating high-performing, visually compelling, and conversion-focused email & SMS designs for eCommerce brands, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
- Design email campaigns & automations that drive sales and engagement.
- Create layouts, visuals, and interactive elements optimized for desktop & mobile.
- Work with our strategists and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
- Follow best practices (deliverability, readability, conversions).
- Build reusable templates and streamline workflows.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong eCommerce email & SMS design portfolio (Klaviyo experience a plus).
- Agency or multi-brand experience.
- Solid grasp of marketing psychology (not just “pretty” designs).
- Expert in Figma.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working EST hours for quick team check-ins.
