Virtual Assistant – Operations & Client Support (Full-Time, Remote)
Compensation: $300–$400/month (Full-Time, 35+ hours per week, remote, with evening availability)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help organize, streamline, and manage both personal tasks and business operations. This is a remote, full-time position for someone who thrives in a structured role, can take ownership of client communication, and enjoys creating systems to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Client Operations
Manage onboarding and billing through HoneyBook
Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payments
Provide clients with updates throughout their journey, ensuring professional communication and follow-ups
Business Organization
Build and maintain a library of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Implement and manage systems using Trello/Asana
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and workflows
Order and track supplies as needed
Administration & Communication
Organize documents and workflows within Google Workspace
Manage communications via WhatsApp and other platforms
Support personal scheduling and organizational tasks
Growth Support (Plus)
Assist with social media management and basic content coordination
What We’re Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfort with platforms such as HoneyBook, Trello/Asana, and Google Workspace
Ability to create systems from scratch and document them clearly
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Schedule
Full-time role: 35+ hours per week
Flexible working hours with consistent availability in the early evening (6–9pm EST) for client communication
Compensation
Salary Range: $300–$400/month
