* Fixing bugs and solving issues across different repos without drama.

Who You Are
* Git basics: branch ? rebase ? PR (clean, reviewable commits).
* Communication: can explain clearly in Slack and on a client call.
* React depth: 3+ years hands-on (hooks, state, components).
* Agency: you move without waiting for hand-holding.
* Coachability: feedback fuels you.
* Hungry to learn --> AI, Next.js, Sanity, Shopify (we’ll train you).
