Part-Time Customer Service (Work From Home – Philippines)
About the Role:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent based in the Philippines who can work from home. You will serve as a call center representative, handling customer inquiries, answering calls, and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
Assist customers with questions, complaints, or requests
Provide clear and accurate information about products/services
Record and update customer information in the system
Escalate complex issues to the manager when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Must be professional, patient, and customer-focused
Work Setup:
Remote (work from home – Philippines)
Part-time (20–25 hours per week, flexible schedule depending on business needs)
Communication via Zoom/WhatsApp and company tools
Compensation:
