JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a serious, disciplined, and highly accountable Operations Specialist to join our team. This is not a basic admin job; you will become the key point of contact and accountability for other staff members, ensuring they deliver on their responsibilities while also managing critical business operations yourself.

ACCOUNT AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT
Maintain a secure and accurate log of all accounts, proxies, and 2FAs
Ensure accounts remain accessible and protected
PROXY AND ADSPOWER SETUP
Purchase and manage proxies
Configure proxies into AdsPower browser
Run cookie robot for warmup
DAILY REPORTING
Log into Meta Ads Manager every morning
Record previous day’s ad spend into company spreadsheet without errors
Flag any discrepancies immediately
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Track tea
Report end-of-day results on staff output to management
Act as key point of contact for other staff to ensure accountability and follow-through
AFFILIATE DASHBOARD & CLIENT MONITORING
Monitor affiliate dashboards daily
Check which clients withdrew funds or have not hit 1 lot (100,000 units of base currency in forex)
Understand the difference between FTD (First Time Deposit) and QFTD (Qualified FTD) — only QFTDs count toward broker commissions
Communicate with DM team to follow up with clients who need redeposit or copier setup assistance
AI & AUTOMATION
Use AI tools to generate content, SOPs, and reports when required
Assist in setting up automations with Make, Zapier, AdsPower, etc.
Research new tools and suggest ways to improve efficiency
CRM REVIEW
Explore CRM options for the business
Review capabilities of ManyChat as a potential CRM replacement
Provide structured feedback and recommendations
KEY SKILLS
Extremely reliable and detail-oriented
Strong organizational and admin skills
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
Ability to follow SOPs with zero shortcuts
Willingness to adapt to flexible hours if required
Familiarity with Ads Manager, AdsPower, proxies, or
Interest in AI tools and automation for business operations
Must be disciplined, proactive, and take ownership of tasks
Leadership mindset — comfortable holding other staff accountable
WORK HOURS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Core hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm Bogota Time
Hours may change in the future depending on business needs
Must remain flexible for urgent tasks and shifting priorities
COMPENSATION
Starting salary: $1,000 USD per month
Potential to grow beyond this with consistent performance and professional development
Paid weekly in crypto or monthly via Wise/Payoneer
