Virtual Assistant – E-commerce (Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Shopify, Customily)

We are a fast-growing family-run personalised gifts business based in the UK. We sell primarily through Etsy, Amazon Handmade, and our own Shopify store, creating custom prints, frames, and personalised gifts.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us with day-to-day operations, product listings, and customer support so we can continue to grow and scale.

Etsy, Amazon Handmade, Shopify support

Upload and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO tags, attributes, images)
Cross-list products across platforms
Reply to customer queries in a friendly, professional tone (templates provided)
create & Manage spreadsheets for orders and products
Schedule Pinterest posts
Assist with Instagram/TikTok content scheduling



Previous experience as an E-commerce VA (Etsy experience is highly preferred, Amazon/Shopify a bonus)

Strong written English (must be able to handle customer messages confidently)

Good attention to detail (important for personalised/custom orders)

Ability to follow instructions but also suggest improvements

Reliable internet connection, available for check-ins during UK hours when needed
