Full time Web developer needed urgently!

Hi,

My company is based in Dubai and there has recently been a job opening for it.

I need someone to work at 16000 php per month full time - Candidate must be willing to work 8 hours a day from Monday- Friday.

Please tell me your desired salary however, so we can discuss.

I will expect candidate to work for only me.

Work will start immediately after interview is done.

I am looking for ideally a web master/web programmer and that has a enough efficiency in graphic design.

Must be efficient in many programming languages (PHP etc)

Must work quickly when converting PSD to HTML and HTML to other CMS.

Must be efficient with programming custom-CMS.

Must be efficient in Joomla, Wordpress and E-commerce CMS such as os-commerce.

Coding and setting up Facebook applications.

A strong knowledge in on & off page SEO.

Other than those skills I am looking for these main attributes:

4. Ability to solve problems
5. Honesty
6. Patience

The main thing is that you will be available whenever I need you, keep me updated on a daily basis stating exactly what you did that day and the ability to work out problems on your own.

I have dealt with many programmers before, however I am not a programmer, So you will have to be willing to explain certain things to me through skype - so that I find it easier to liaise with clients.

I will give good bonuses for good work and will raise your salary on a regular basis where I see that you proved yourself. I expect this to be a long-term working relationship. I expect to have you working for me for years to come.
