We’re Push & Co — a performance-driven marketing agency based in Australia, helping tradies and home improvement businesses fill their calendars with qualified leads. We're known for running sharp, strategy-first Meta Ad campaigns with killer offers and real results.
We’re looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer who can handle everything to do with ads — from setup to tracking to optimisation. You’ll be working directly under our Digital Strategist, who will provide creative assets and direction. Your job is to make sure those campaigns run, track, and scale smoothly.
What You Must Submit to Prove Experience
- As part of your application, you must:
- Submit a Loom video (2–3 minutes) talking through the following points and your experience: Campaign Results Proof (Screenshots)
- Submit 2–3 screenshots from past ad accounts you've managed
- Must show: CPL, spend, conversions, audience targeting or setup details
- Ideally from lead gen campaigns targeting Australian audiences
- We do not accept Canva mockups or non-Meta screenshots
Structure of the Role
- This will start as a part-time role, and you’ll be assigned a small group of accounts to begin with.
- If you consistently deliver quality, results, and proactive communication, you will have the opportunity to move into a full-time position with more accounts and greater responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Execution
- Build ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager based on supplied strategy and assets
- Set correct campaign objectives (Leads)
- Set up custom audiences, lookalikes, exclusions, and location targeting (AU/NZ only)
- Ensure ad scheduling, placements, and budgets are set correctly
- Set up and manage Meta Lead Forms as required
Tracking, Pixels & Attribution
- Install and verify
- Connect domains and verify them via Business Manager
- Configure aggregated event measurement (AEM) and custom conversions
- Apply UTM parameters correctly for tracking via Hyros, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Submit test leads and confirm leads are flowing into GHL/CRM
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Monitor daily CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and other key metrics
- Identify underperforming ad sets and make real-time adjustments
- Test new versions (creatives, placements, bids, audiences) where needed
- Flag ad fatigue, scaling opportunities, or budget issues proactively
- Ensure ads comply with Meta policies and avoid disapprovals
Reporting & Coordination
- Update internal ClickUp dashboards and reports weekly
- Flag issues or changes clearly to the strategist or manager
- Coordinate with video editor if any ad adjustments are needed
- Complete end-of-month ad performance recaps per client
2. Brief Summary of Your Campaign Structure
- Answer: “Explain the structure of a campaign you built — what objective, audiences, ads, and budget did you use, and why?”
- Your response should show strategic thinking, not just task-doing
3. Proof of Pixel & Tracking Setup
- Submit screenshots or a short explanation of a pixel, CAPI, or custom conversion you’ve set up
- Bonus: show connection with tools like Hyros, GoHighLevel, or CRMs
4. Report or Snapshot You’ve Created
- Share a sample of a monthly report or internal update (you can blur client names)
- This shows you understand metrics that matter, not just surface-level performance
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Meta Ads Media Buyer for lead generation
- Proven experience targeting AU audiences
- Deep understanding of CPL benchmarks, ad diagnostics, and funnel stages
- Excellent attention to detail — zero tolerance for setup or tracking errors
- Comfortable working within ClickUp, Slack, GHL, Meta Ads Manager
- Strong English comprehension and communication
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience running lead gen for tradies or home improvement businesses
- Familiarity with Hyros, GoHighLevel, and CAPI integrations
- Experience working with a performance strategist or creative team
- Real-world case studies of campaigns with strong CPLs and lead volume
- Ready to prove yourself and scale with us? Submit your Loom video, screenshots, and application to apply.
