Full-Time Social Media Manager for AI Influencers

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing agency and manage multiple AI influencer accounts. This is a long-term role with potential for gradual pay increases as the agency scales.

Role & Schedule

Full-time: 7 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Saturdays: 4-hour workdays

Pay: $450/month (with the possibility of future raises based on performance)

Responsibilities

Manage up to 5 influencer accounts (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, FikFap) across 5 phones.

Post content, reply to comments/DMs, monitor engagement, and maintain account quality.

Ensure all content is on-brand and meets quality standards before posting.

Use proxies effectively to keep accounts safe and avoid bans.

Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure smooth and timely posting.

Stay organized using Notion, Google Drive, and other task management tools.

Troubleshoot problems quickly and proactively.

Requirements

Experience managing multiple social media accounts professionally.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and similar platforms.

Ability to work with proxies and multiple devices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, disciplined, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Task-oriented and detail-focused — can work independently.

Having unused phones available is a plus but not required.
