About the Role

Responsibilities
Conduct outreach and pitch to brands aligned with each creator’s niche.
Manage all communication between influencers and brands across social platforms +
Secure both paid campaigns and product partnerships.
Assist with campaign management, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Provide ongoing support to help creators grow and succeed.
Requirements
Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and professional
Campaign management experience (if any, please share details).
Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow with a legacy agency.
Compensation
Commission-based: 10% – 25% per deal, depending on your experience and the size of the deals you secure.
