Proven experience editing high-performing video ads
Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and conversion psychology
Fluent with professional editing tools and post-production workflows
Ability to localize content accurately for multilingual markets

Your Elite Weaponry (Bonus Points)
Ecommerce or direct-response editing experience
Mastery of AI creative tools (e.g., Eleven Labs, VEO, Midjourney)
Editing experience for several European markets

Compensation: $1,000/month + performance commissions
