Video Ads Creator – E-commerce Winning Products

We are looking for a highly creative and organized Video Ads Creator to join our e-commerce team. Our goal is to scale winning products through high-converting video advertisements tailored for social media platforms. If you have a keen eye for storytelling, know how to capture attention in the first few seconds, and can deliver consistent, high-quality content — we want to work with you!

???? Responsibilities:

Create 5 unique video ads per week, each with 5 different iterations (variations in hooks, music, voiceovers, etc.).

Write catchy hooks and ad scripts that grab attention and drive clicks.

Self-source B-roll and product footage from competitor ads, stock libraries, or provided materials.

Edit and deliver videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ads.

Ensure all videos are produced in Dutch (voiceover and/or subtitles).

Stay organized with weekly deadlines and manage a pipeline of ongoing projects.

Keep up to date with ad trends, editing styles, and creative strategies that work in the e-commerce space.

???? Requirements:

Proven experience in video ad creation for e-commerce or dropshipping brands.

Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).

Ability to write scripts and hooks in Dutch (native-level fluency required).

Experience with storyboarding and structuring ads that maximize conversions.

Strong sense of creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.

Organized, reliable, and able to deliver multiple variations on time.

Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.

? Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus):

Experience in voiceover recording in Dutch.

Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) to understand what works.

Graphic design skills for text overlays, motion graphics, and branding elements.
