We’re now looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer who’s passionate about design that not only looks great but performs. You’ll be central to shaping how our brand is seen online—from ads and social content to packaging, campaigns, and internal storytelling. Main Responsibilities
-Design engaging, high-converting creatives for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
-Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling across social, packaging, and
-Work closely with our brand lead and marketing team to concept, iterate, and refine campaigns.
-Use performance data to test, adapt, and continually push creative effectiveness.
-Support internal projects—brand presentations, investor decks, reports, and launches.
-Help evolve and protect the Gulp-1 visual identity as we scale.
-Confidently present ideas, respond to feedback, and drive creative forward.

Experience & Skills:
-2+ years of graphic design experience (ideally in D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands).
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
-Strong portfolio showing digital ad work, branding, and campaign design.
-Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-High attention to detail, with pride in polished work.
-Fluent in English (written and spoken).
-Degree in Graphic Design or related field a plus (not essential).
