Marketing Assistant with experience (Email & Content Marketing) – Part-Time

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant with at least of year experience relevant to the role we require to help the founder of a marketing agency (currently have 6 people in our team).

This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone who’s creative, detail-oriented, and eager to support with email and content marketing projects.

Work setup:
5hrs per week to start, this can become 10hrs after I can entrust more tasks to you (approx. 1 hr/day, Monday–Friday)
Flexible hours, but must be available for me to ping during your 1 dedicated hour in case of urgent next-day tasks

Starting rate: Php300/hr

What you’ll do:
Assist in creating and managing freebie flows, emails, and newsletters (I will do the implementations but to do it faster, I'd need help with the copy and planning so I can just review the draft)
Draft and improve email and content copy (I’ll provide direction, you’ll take the first pass)
Support with content marketing projects – from research to copy support
Share your own ideas to improve copy and campaigns, not just follow instructions
Help keep projects moving smoothly with daily check-ins (1 hr/day commitment)

What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest or experience in email marketing and content marketing
- Good writing skills (you don’t need to be perfect; I’ll refine and approve, but you should be confident writing first drafts)
- Self-starter who brings ideas and initiative – not someone who waits for every instruction
- Organized, reliable, and proactive communicator
